Mod4Sim 2017

The Symposium on Model-driven Approaches for Simulation Engineering (Mod4Sim) brings together experts in model-based, model-driven software and systems engineering from embedded, cyber-physical and software-intensive systems domains with experts in simulation, with the objective to advance the state of the art in model-based simulation engineering and simulation-based systems engineering.

MSaaS Track at SCSC 2017

MSaaS 2017 logo
Modeling & Simulation as a Service (MSaaS) is gaining momentum as an effective approach to bringing the benefits of service- oriented architectures and cloud computing into the modeling and simulation (M&S) field, so as to enhance interoperability, composability, reusability and reduce the cost of M&S efforts. The MSaaS SCSC track aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry, defense and government to present innovative ideas, experiences, and challenges that address service-oriented and cloud-based issues in the field of M&S and vice versa.

CoMetS 2016

Modeling and Simulation (M&S) is increasingly becoming a central activity in the design of new systems and in the analysis of existing systems because it enables designers and researchers to investigate systems behaviour through virtual representations.

Mod4Sim 2016

The workshop on model-driven approaches for simulation engineering (Mod4Sim) aims to bring together experts on model-based, model-driven and software engineering with experts on simulation methods and simulation practitioners, with the objective to advance the state-of-art in model-driven simulation engineering.

The workshop is held under the aegis of the Symposium on Theory of Modeling and Simulation, part of the SCS SpringSim 2016 conference, April 3-6, 2016, Pasadena, CA, USA.

Mod4Sim 2015

The workshop on model-driven approaches for simulation engineering (Mod4Sim) aims to bring together experts on Model-based, Model-Driven and software engineering with experts on simulation methods and simulation practitioners, with the objective to advance the state-of-art in model-driven simulation engineering.

The workshop is held under the aegis of the Symposium on Theory of Modeling and Simulation, part of the SCS SpringSim 2015 conference, April 12-15, 2015, Alexandria, VA, USA.

CoMetS 2014

The CoMetS track aims to foster innovative research contributions that address collaboration issues in the field of M&S and vice versa, i.e., contributions that use M&S methodologies and tools to address the design of collaborative environments. A combination of both issues in the same venue will further contribute to the understanding of the underlying mechanisms that can affect the quality of the service delivered by collaborative environments for M&S.

The CoMetS track is held under the aegis of the WETICE 2014 conference, the 23rd IEEE International Conference on Enabling Technologies: Infrastructure for Collaborative Enterprises, which will be held in Parma (Italy) from June 23rd to June 25th, 2014.
